Meghan was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from Mt. Lebanon High School in 2008. She got her BA in History and English from Washington and Jefferson College and a Master from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Museum Studies.
Along with being the Director of Trumbull County Historical Society for the past 5 1/2 years she is also the current President of WD Packard Foundation.
Meghan resides in Warren.
